Meng Ting nodded. He went to the bed and lied down, then he looked at Yan Sui, “You must be awfully busy. I can take care of myself.”

Yan Sui did not respond. He pulled the quilt over Meng Ting, got up, and moved a chair near the side of the bed. He still planned to do work here.

Meng Ting understood what Yan Sui intended to do at that moment, so he moved away from that spot, pulled the quilt into a corner, then eagerly watched Yan Sui.

“I need to type on the keyboard, so it will be a bit noisy.”

Meng Ting immediately shook his head upon hearing these words, “I don’t mind. Besides, I’ve already slept for a day.” He wanted to accompany Yan Sui from the bed, so Yan Sui might as well as go to the bed, so that they could get closer with each other.

Yan Sui slightly nodded after hesitating. He changed his clothes then sat on the bed, while Meng Ting lied down by his side. Not long after, Yan Sui continued with his work. Meng Ting moved a bit forward from where he was initially, then he managed to get closer to Yan Sui.

Yan Sui continued to work, and he looked at Meng Ting from time to time. At first, Meng Ting fiddled with his mobile phone and then decided to put it aside. Soon afterwards, he closed his eyes and lied on Yan Sui’s side.

Yan Sui wrapped his arms around Meng Ting’s waist. It was the first time that Yan Sui handled this kind of matter in such a circumstance. Compared to the past, he was slightly more absent-minded and maybe restless, but still, it was obvious that Meng Ting liked this. His brows were smoothened a little and slept better than before.

Yan Sui was helpless. He could not match Meng Ting’s eloquence with intimate words, nor could he match his spontaneous enthusiasm. Perhaps, he should read many books on that aspect.

At about ten o’clock, he turned off his laptop, and went downstairs again. He saw Nanny Wang simmering the medicated food on a low fire. He took some and went back up.

He ruffled Meng Ting’s hair and said, “Wake up. Have a sip of this soup before going back to sleep.”

Meng Ting’s head moved, but still did not wake up. Yan Sui continued to rub his head, and after rubbing gently for a little while, he realized that Meng Ting seemed to be sleeping better now.

He had no other options. He could only pull this person upwards to a half-sitting position, “Wake up.”

Meng Ting encircled Yan Sui with his arms, but his eyes still did not open. With a somewhat ambiguous voice he said, “Yan Sui…I woke up.”

“Hmm,” Yan Sui lightly answered. He continued to hold Meng Ting up in a sitting position and took a pillow to place it on the side against the wall. He put him on the pillow, but Meng Ting gradually gained his energy and tightly held him.

“Yan Sui, I had a really good sleep.” He had no nightmares—no more dreams about death…this was extremely hard to come by. He had not slept like this for such a long time, “Thank you.”

“I only did what I was supposed to do, no need to thank me.”

Yan Sui had become more and more accustomed to being intimate with Meng Ting; thus, he continued to hug him, but he was actually pondering deeply about the reason behind Meng Ting’s ‘Thank You.’

“In that case, can you hold me to sleep later?”

Meng Ting’s voice was soft, carrying a hint of nervousness and expectation. He rubbed against Yan Sui and said, “I really like it when you embrace me.”

Meng Ting was completely unaware that he had once again indirectly rendered Yan Sui speechless. After some time, he pushed Meng Ting’s shoulder away, then got out of bed. On the other hand, Meng Ting looked at him with a puzzled look on his face, as if he was asking why he did not hug him.

He reached out and Meng Ting grabbed his hand and rubbed it against his cheek, then continued to look at him.

Being looked at with those eyes, Yan Sui subconsciously said, “Take your medicated food first, otherwise it will get cold.”

Meng Ting gazed at the bewitching soup on the sofa table and his eyes lit up. He moved Yan Sui’s hand away from his cheek, but he still did not let it go, then he said, “I can smell it. It’s really fragrant.”

When he finished saying this, he swept his gaze on Yan Sui’s face. Generally speaking, eating was the most important thing for Meng Ting. However, he still could not get an answer for his question earlier. He was still expecting it. Perhaps…this was a very difficult question to answer.

“Meng Ting, you’re still young. I’m afraid that you’ll regret it.”

Yan Sui was subconsciously trying to change the topic, not because he was not willing to hug him. It was because he knew, whether Meng Ting would have an affair or not, it would be different for him. If they really take a step forward, and Meng Ting comes to regret it, he would be unlikely to let him go.

“I’m not a minor,” Meng Ting did not quite understand how it was related to the issue that he was a minor. After thinking about it, he remembered that he really became young again, but not too young.

“You won’t regret, and I definitely won’t regret.”

When Yan Sui hugged him, he could sleep well. How could he regret it? It was all he could wish for.

Meng Ting rushed forward and pounced on Yan Sui, who was caught off guard, on the bed, “Yan Sui, if you don’t want to hug me, can I embrace you?”

Meng Ting talked softly, but he was quite overbearing. Anyway, this was the first time that Yan Sui was pushed down on the bed.

        It was Meng Ting lying on Yan Sui’s side while Yan Sui worked. Then later, Yan Sui closed his laptop and went downstairs. He didn’t lie on Meng Ting.

    Hahaha, poor Yan Sui. Meng Ting was just thinking of holding each other while they sleep while Yan Sui just had naughty thoughts, they have different meaning in there conversation but there interaction was so cute. Can’t wait for the next chapter.
